Qualifications

• Upbeat, honest, self-aware personality.
• Experience sourcing accurate parts, ticket building, and presenting repairs.
• Driving record acceptable to our current insurance carrier.
• Proficiency in Windows-based computer software and automotive store applications (TekMetric helpful, Parts-Tech).
• Experience in Automotive Customer Service or Service Writer/Advisor role preferred.

• Manage the store’s workflow efficiently.
• Sell services while maintaining honesty and integrity.

• Shuttle guests in CBA-branded vehicle as needed.
• Ensure repairs meet proper specifications.
• Work as a team and assist others.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
