Qualifications

• MINIMUM 3 years as a service advisor/writer.
• Driving record acceptable to our current insurance carrier.
• High proficiency in Windows based computer software and automotive store applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest that enters our facility with hospitality and respect.
• Record guest concerns and edit digital vehicle inspections.
• Create accurate repair estimates using Tekmetric, Alldata, Repairlink, and more.
• Present the best repair solution to guests in a clear and understandable manner.
• Consistently and effectively sell our services while maintaining honesty and integrity.
• Maintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere at all times.
• Communicate in a clear professional manner.
• Maintain a clean workstation.
• Work with the team to ensure repairs meet specifications.
