Job summary

Bergstrom Appleton Genesis is seeking a Sales Advisor to guide guests through the car buying process with a focus on service and transparency. You will be the single point of contact from initial contact to final delivery, delivering an enjoyable, pressure-free experience.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, consultative selling, and end-to-end process management, with opportunities to grow within Wisconsin’s largest automotive group.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in automotive, retail, or customer service is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary guest contact and build strong relationships throughout the buying journey.
• Maintain deep knowledge of vehicle inventory, pricing, and features to match guests with the right vehicle.
• Provide consultative, transparent solutions and upfront pricing without negotiation pressure.
• Manage the full sales process including tests drives, trade-ins, financing, and paperwork.
• Follow up after sale to foster long-term guest relationships and referrals.
• Collaborate with service and parts teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
