Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Previous automotive, retail, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with relationship focus.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficient with CRM and Microsoft Office/ Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary guest contact, building relationships and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
• Maintain deep knowledge of vehicle inventory, features, pricing, and specs to match guests with the right vehicle.
• Engage in consultative selling, listening to needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Present pricing and financing options upfront in a transparent, negotiation-free model.
• Manage the full sales process including vehicle selection, test drives, trade-ins, financing, and paperwork.
• Provide post-sale follow-up and nurture long-term guest relationships.
• Collaborate with service and parts to ensure a smooth guest handoff.
