honeygrow is hiring at our Broadview Heights location for team members dedicated to high-quality guest experience. You will contribute to a fast-paced, friendly dining environment, handling food prep, service, and hospitality with a focus on teamwork and learning the honeygrow brand.

As part of our team, you will follow safety procedures, participate in cross-training, and help ensure guests leave satisfied while enjoying meal benefits and a supportive work culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must be able to meet the scheduling needs of the restaurant.
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests who need support during their visit.

• Engage with guests to educate them about our food, brand, and mission.
• Follow food safety procedures and sanitation guidelines.
• Cross-train across stations and help train new team members.
