Job summary

Hollywood Casino Bangor is hiring for banquet staff to support events in Bangor, ME. You will help set up banquet facilities, plate and serve guests, and maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure smooth event execution.

Requirements include being at least 18, possessing a HS diploma or equivalent, strong English reading/writing and basic math skills, and a valid driver’s license. TIPS certification and physical mobility to lift up to 25 lbs are also needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent required or alternative experience.
• Must be able to read and write in English.
• Basic math skills (adding, subtracting, fractions, decimals, percentages).
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• TIPS certified.
• Must have a clean/valid driver's license.
• Physically mobile with ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and perform tasks in varying spaces.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet facilities: arrange tables, chairs, linens, serveware, and decorations as applicable.
• Plate and serve guests’ meals.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace for efficient setup and teardown.
• Roster changes may alter duties.
