Job summary

Traditions Hospitality Group is seeking a friendly, professional Server to join our dining team. You will greet guests, take and relay orders, serve food and beverages, upsell specials, and check in with guests to ensure satisfaction. You will handle cash/credit transactions, maintain a clean dining area, and collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to deliver a memorable guest experience. Flexibility with hours is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Background check required.
• Must be able to obtain a Gaming License (if applicable).
• Must be able to obtain an ABLE Liquor License.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous server or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the dining experience with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system promptly.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests.
• Assist with menu recommendations and upselling of specials or additional items.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables and replenishing supplies.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment.
