Qualifications

• Two years’ experience as a server in hotels or restaurants.
• Proficient with POS systems (Aloha, Micros, or similar).
• ServSafe or TIPS certification preferred or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and explain menu items and specials clearly.
• Take and relay guest orders to kitchen promptly and accurately.
• Suggestively sell appetizers, drinks, entrees and desserts.
• Deliver orders and check satisfaction, refills, and final guest checks.
• Assist bartenders or other servers as needed; keep station clean.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with health regulations.
