Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint in Atlanta, GA is seeking a capable server to ensure guests have a positive dining experience. You will greet guests, take orders, communicate specials, and deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar.

The role requires at least one year of server experience, strong English communication, cash handling, and familiarity with POS systems. This is a full-time, on-site position with overtime eligibility and benefits.

Qualifications

• At least one year experience as a server in a full-service restaurant.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Verbal and written English language are essential.
• Basic mathematical skills for cash handling and POS operations.
• Food handler or liquor permits as required by law.
• Ability to remember and promote menu items.
• Ability to operate POS and process payments.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and escort them to their table.
• Present menus, make recommendations, and answer beverage questions.
• Accurately take orders and enter them into the POS.
• Prepare dishes for service and beverage prep as needed.
• Deliver orders from kitchen and bar to guests promptly.
• Maintain clean service areas and assist teammates as needed.
• Handle payments, process checks, and issue receipts.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and address requests promptly.
• Restock and tidy workstations; support service areas.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
