Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a friendly Cashier in Valdosta, GA. The role involves greeting guests, answering questions about the menu, handling payments, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment.

You will support take-out orders, phone inquiries, and team operations while maintaining sanitation and safety standards. The Cashier must present professionally, be able to stand for long periods, and work flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Professional appearance with good personal grooming.
• Able to work long or split shifts and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate shifts.
• Proven ability to work well in a team and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Cash handling or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with menu information and ordering.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu and ordering system for accuracy.
• Ensure line products are stocked and ready for service.
• Process customer payments, including cash and card transactions.
• Manage to-go orders with timely fulfillment.
• Provide excellent phone service and respond to inquiries.
• Support guests with special accommodations as needed.
• Open/close cash register and keep area organized.
• Report equipment issues to the Manager for prompt resolution.
• Communicate cash levels to Manager and minimize handling risk.
• Assist in buffet and server areas as directed by leadership.
• Maintain cleanliness and dryness of smallware; ensure accessibility.
• Follow health and safety regulations and guidelines.
