Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of one year of experience as a server in a full-service restaurant.
• Excellent guest service skills and ability to read and respond to guest needs.
• Fluent English reading, writing and speaking for order taking and communication.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and POS transactions.
• Knowledge of menu items and ability to upsell beverages and dishes.
• Brand certification as required and compliance with health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, escort to tables, and present menus with recommendations.
• Accurately take orders and enter into the POS system.
• Prepare and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner.
• Handle payment, process checks, and make change when needed.
• Maintain clean service areas and restock as required.
• Support fellow servers and assist with side work at shift changes.
• Adhere to food safety and liquor service regulations.
