Job summary

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a server in a full-service restaurant.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Verbal and written English language is essential.
• Basic mathematical skills for cash handling and payments.
• Food handler or liquor permits as required by law.
• Brand certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests and escort them to their table.
• Take food and beverage orders and enter them in the POS system.
• Prepare dishes for service and assist with beverage preparation.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
• Maintain clean service areas and assist with side work.
• Monitor guest dining experience and respond to requests promptly.
• Prepare final bills and process payments.
