Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking a Server Assistant to ensure hot, fresh food is delivered, dining areas are clean, and drinks are replenished. You will assist the bar, rotate glassware, and manage ice bins while maintaining a guest-first, team-oriented approach in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires strong multitasking and organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively with the team to exceed guest expectations.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills; fluency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming Guests.
• Maintain the cleanliness of dining area and serving stations.
• Bussing dining room tables.
• Responding to guests’ requests and informing management of any complaints.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
• Ensuring the timely delivery of food items.
• Ensuring the server station is adequately stocked with necessary supplies.
• Must be self-motivated and willing to assist wherever needed.
