Highgate Hotels is seeking a courteous Server to provide high-quality service to guests in our dining outlets. You will learn the restaurant, lounge, and room service setup and assist with one or more stations.

The role requires standing for long periods, handling full trays, and accurate cash or POS transactions. Flexible hours and a professional appearance are essential in our fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Medium work—exerting up to 50 lbs and occasional heavy lifting.
• Ability to stand during the entire shift and move with full trays.

Responsibilities

• Be familiar with the organization of the restaurant(s), lounges, and Room Service and know the function of each position.
• Service guests with all food and beverage requirements in a courteous, efficient manner.
• Perform cashiering functions by closing checks and preparing end of shift paperwork.
• Receive and deliver food and beverage orders and collect payment.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
