Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking a Server Assistant in Colorado to ensure hot, fresh food is served and dining areas are clean. You will also assist the bar, rotate glassware, and maintain ice supplies while delivering friendly, efficient guest service.

Ideal candidates are organized, able to multitask in a fast-paced setting, and motivated to exceed guest expectations. Applications indicate availability 9/9–9/30 and a focus on teamwork and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English required.
• Food Handlers Card Required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 1–25 pounds.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced dining area.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming Guests
• Maintain the cleanliness of dining area and serving stations
• Bussing dining room tables
• Responding to guests’ requests and informing management of any complaints
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings
• Ensuring the timely delivery of food items
• Ensuring the server station is adequately stocked with necessary supplies
• Must be self-motivated and willing to assist wherever needed
