Job summary

SIXT is seeking an Operational Support Associate in Downtown Atlanta to drive exceptional rental experiences. You will guide customers through vehicle options, protect packages, and add-ons while maximizing sales opportunities, and support fleet logistics to ensure smooth operations.

You’ll handle vehicle readiness, inventory, and coordination with service partners, while maintaining service standards and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional rental experiences by guiding customers through vehicle options and add-ons while maximizing sales opportunities.
• Support customers throughout the rental journey and collect feedback to maintain high service standards.
• Oversee fleet operations including vehicle readiness, inventory management, and coordination with service partners.
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness and perform routine checks to maintain fleet efficiency and presentation.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, service updates, and customer interactions across teams.
