Job summary

SIXT Downtown Buckhead is looking for an Operational Support Associate to ensure smooth rental experiences by guiding customers, supporting fleet logistics, and driving sales through add-ons. You’ll interact with customers in person, manage vehicle readiness, and coordinate with service partners to keep operations efficient and professional.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Basic computer proficiency to navigate internal systems

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through vehicle options, protection packages, and add-ons while maximizing sales opportunities
• Support customers throughout their rental journey, ensuring satisfaction and collecting feedback
• Oversee fleet operations including vehicle readiness and inventory management
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness, perform routine checks, and assist with driving and staging
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and customer interactions across teams
