Job summary

Invited is seeking an Outside Services Attendant to deliver outstanding service to members and guests at the club. You will assist with bag handling, cart preparation, range operations, and keep work areas clean and organized.

You’ll ensure golf carts are ready for play and support the golf operations team throughout the day. Daily tasks include loading/unloading bags, maintaining cart areas, and promoting club events.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in hospitality or clubs.
• Strong communication with members and guests.
• Knowledge of golf etiquette and rules.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Assist golfers with loading/unloading bags and club cleaning.
• Prepare carts, maintain cleanliness of cart barn and practice facilities.
• Marshal carts, track usage, ensure equipment is clean and safe.
• Promote events and club amenities to enhance member/guest experience.
• Support daily operations and coordinate with golf staff.
