Job summary

Invited is seeking an Outside Services Attendant to deliver outstanding member and guest service at our club. You will assist with bag handling, cart preparation, range operations, and keeping work areas clean and organized to ensure smooth golf operations.

You will marshal carts, load clubs, promote club events, and collaborate with range attendants and marshals to maintain high standards throughout the day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge of golf etiquette and rules.
• Excellent communication and guest service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist golfers by loading/unloading bags and preparing them for play.
• Promote club events, course conditions and amenities to members and guests.
• Marshal carts in staging areas and ensure they are clean and maintained.
• Maintain cart barn, storage areas and practice facilities in a neat, safe condition.
• Set up and manage practice areas with required equipment.
• Collaborate with range attendants, marshals and starters to ensure seamless service.
• Complete daily assignments while upholding club standards and organization.
