Job summary

Saint Francis Hospital Muskogee, Inc. seeks a Food Service Associate (Retail) to greet and serve patients and visitors in the Main Dining Room. You will operate the cash register, process payments, and maintain accuracy while supporting a range of food/beverage preparations.

Responsibilities include coffee/beverage service, stock/clean work areas, sanitation duties, and following recipe guidelines in a hospital dining setting. Strong interpersonal skills and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Oklahoma Food Handler's permit.
• Minimum 6 months of related experience, preferred.
• Effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to accept direction and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Greets and serves internal and external customers politely in assigned area.
• Operates cash register, charges correct prices, receives payment and counts back change.
• Assists and prepares coffee, coffee drinks, tea, smoothies and various foods.
• Observes and follows recipe by weighing/measuring ingredients.
• Stocks, keeps work area clean and participates in sanitation duties.
