SSA Group is seeking a Food Service Associate in Fresno, CA to deliver warm, welcoming experiences for guests and clients. You will support restaurant prep, follow safety and quality standards, and maintain a clean, organized workspace while adapting to daily operations.

The role emphasizes guest service, teamwork, and the ability to handle varied hours and physical tasks in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsabilités

• Live out 452 Hospitality by delivering warm, welcoming experiences for guests.
• Supports restaurant prep (FOH and line) for daily operation.
• Meets daily service, safety, quality, availability, merchandising and guest service standards.
• Maintains a clean, safe and organized work environment.
• Communicates issues to supervisors to mitigate complaints and ensure quality.
