Job summary

GJELINA LAS VEGAS is hiring a Busser/Barback/Barista (Floor Support Associate) to support the dining and bar teams in a fast-paced environment. You will maintain cleanliness, reset tables, assist bartenders, and prepare coffee/tea beverages while delivering friendly guest service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years restaurant or related experience.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.

• Flexible schedule, including weekends and nights.
• Team-oriented and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and reset tables and bar.
• Assist bartender with stocking and serving.
• Prepare coffee and tea beverages as Barista.
• Deliver drinks and food to tables.
• Provide guest service and communicate with expo and managers.
• Attend trainings and pre-shift meetings.
