Job summary

Pacific West Site Services, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas. The role involves performing janitorial duties, following a daily schedule, and operating cleaning equipment with a focus on safety and professional conduct.

The position requires strong communication and teamwork. Training is offered, and the role supports Saturday and Sunday shifts in a service-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• No formal education requirement; 3–6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• May be required to have a valid driver's license.
• Completed all safety and task training certification.
• May be forklift certified.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties
• Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
• Perform work assignments in a team with other employees
• Perform repetitive tasks
• Maintain clean work area
• Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules
• Take direction and respond to supervision
• Talk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner
• Fill in during staff shortage
• Support shift lead in completing punch-list items
• Use proper personal protective equipment
• Present a professional appearance and conduct
• Understand customer service and satisfaction
• Understand reporting systems, and of the environment
