Job summary

Pacific West Site Services, Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas. You will engage with supervisors and customers, perform daily janitorial tasks, and operate cleaning equipment while adhering to safety protocols.

The role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication, and the ability to follow schedules and respond to supervision. A valid driver’s license may be required, and forklift certification could be needed depending on

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement.
• Safety and task training certification completed.
• May be required to have a valid driver's license.
• May be required to be forklift certified.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willing to share with team.
• Knowledge of the upkeep and care of the cleaning equipment.
• Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Perform work assignments in a team with other employees.
• Perform repetitive tasks.
• Maintain clean work area.
• Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules.
• Take direction and respond to supervision.
• Talk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner.
• Fill in during staff shortage.
• Support shift lead in completing punch-list items.
• Use proper personal protective equipment.
• Present a professional appearance and conduct.
• Understand customer service and satisfaction.
• Understand reporting systems, and of the environment.
