Job summary

Pacific West Site Services, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas.

The role involves performing janitorial duties, operating cleaning equipment, and adhering to safety protocols on a team-based shift. The position requires minimal education with 3–6 months of training or experience preferred; a valid driver’s license may be required and forklift certification could be needed.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3-6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A valid driver’s license may be required based on business needs; employees driving must maintain an acceptable MVR and meet driving eligibility requirements.
• Completed all safety and task training certification; forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Perform work assignments in a team with other employees.
• Perform repetitive tasks.
• Maintain clean work area.
• Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules.
• Take direction and respond to supervision.
• Talk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner.
• Fill in during staff shortage.
• Support shift lead in completing punch-list items.
• Use proper personal protective equipment.
• Present a professional appearance and conduct.
• Understand customer service and satisfaction.
• Understand reporting systems, and of the environment.
