Pacific West Site Services, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative focused on cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas.

The role requires performing daily janitorial duties, operating cleaning equipment, and maintaining areas to ensure a safe, organized environment. The position emphasizes teamwork, adherence to safety policies, and professional interaction with supervisors, coworkers, and customers.

Qualifications

• Education: No specific education requirement; 3-6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: May be required to have a valid driver's license.
• Completed safety and task training certification; forklift certification may be required.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Bilingual a plus; ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents; strong verbal and written communication skills; knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willingness to share with team; knowledge of upkeep and care of cleaning equipment; knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties
• Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
• Perform work assignments in a team with other employees
• Perform repetitive tasks
• Maintain clean work area
• Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules
• Take direction and respond to supervision
• Talk with lead, supervisor, coworkers, managers, and customers in a professional manner
• Fill in during staff shortage
• Support shift lead in completing punch-list items
• Use proper personal protective equipment
• Present a professional appearance and conduct
• Understand customer service and satisfaction
• Understand reporting systems, and of the environment
