Qualifications

• Greet guests with a friendly smile and provide customer service.
• Describe menu items and answer questions.
• Accurately take orders and payments at the counter and in the drive-thru.
• Work with urgency to keep long lines moving.

Responsibilities

• Take catering and take-out orders by phone and in person.
• Ensure online, catering, and phone orders are accurate and processed correctly.
• Assist guests with special events planning and beverage service if needed.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming workspace throughout shift.
