Job summary

Astoria Park Conservancy is seeking a Welcome Center Manager to lead our onsite Welcome Center operations in Jackson, WY. You will oversee staff, manage memberships, and coordinate food and beverage, apparel, inventory, and reservations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Working closely with the Operations Director, you will implement best practices, train the team, and ensure seamless day-to-day tasks while aligning with APC’s mission of balancing recreation, conservation, and community

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Welcome Center or guest services teams.
• Strong eye for detail and operational accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage Welcome Center staff and systems (membership, food & beverage, apparel).
• Oversee inventory, reservations, and point of sale operations.
• Train and schedule staff; coordinate with Operations/Facilities Director.
