Job summary

Universal Kids Resort in Frisco, TX is seeking a Guest Services professional dedicated to delivering exemplary service and a positive guest experience. You will assist with park information, respond to guest inquiries, manage lost and found items, and support VIP tours while upholding safety and accessibility standards.

Responsibilities include handling guest concerns, processing admissions issues, and coordinating with leadership to ensure timely resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Resolve sensitive guest situations with personal interaction and questions to identify needs.
• Present park information enthusiastically and accommodate guests with disabilities per ADA.
• Process ticket transactions and assist with concierge duties and lost & found items.
• Monitor social media and respond per brand voice; escalate to leadership when needed.
• Perform daily opening/closing duties, monitor queues, and communicate with leadership.
