Job summary

Reimagined Parking Inc. seeks a Valet Parking Attendant at Hershey Medical Center to park and retrieve guest vehicles, greet guests, and provide exceptional service. You will work with the Operations Manager to ensure safety, efficiency, and accuracy in ticketing and revenue handling.

The role requires strong customer service, ability to operate vehicles including manual transmission, and flexibility to work varying shifts. Benefits include PTO, health plans, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Background check per policy and laws.
• Authorized to work in the United States; E-Verify participation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate valet service from arrival to departure, greet guests, retrieve keys, issue tickets, enter data.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and track locations.
• Inspect vehicles for pre‑existing damage and document findings.
• Deliver courteous customer service and assist with directions.
• Open vehicle doors and assist with loading/unloading personal items.
• Maintain vehicle safety by directing traffic and monitoring areas.
• Process valet fees and reconcile end‑of‑shift revenue.
