Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an Usher for Caesars Superdome, Smoothie King Center and Champions Square in New Orleans. You will greet guests, guide seating, and help maintain safe, smooth crowd flow during events at multiple venues.

This role requires excellent communication, the ability to read English, and flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays. A High School diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of customer service are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to read and understand written English.
• Ability to stand for long periods and climb stairs.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Survey assigned area and report problems to supervisor.
• Greet guests with a warm greeting and assist with seating.
• Check tickets and verify seating details (section, row, seat).
• Guide guests to correct seating area and manage flow to prevent congestion.
• Inform guests about prohibited smoking areas and raise concerns as needed.
• Handle lost items after events and refer visitor issues to supervisor.
