Responsibilities

• Proactively greet guest, groups of guests, and schools with a warm welcome.
• Communicate ticket prices accurately.
• Follow the Find a Way to Their Heart service program with visitors, coworkers, and vendors.
• Ensure group leaders are guided efficiently.
• Document group activities in numerical order on the check off sheet.
• Explain and start exhibits as needed.
• Ensure exhibits are clean and working.
• Report to management if an Exhibit issue arises.
• Obtain and share accurate farm knowledge with guests and coworkers.
• Complete daily operational and cleaning checklists.
• Multitask and anticipate guest needs.
• Communicate departmental improvement ideas to management.
• Find projects to work on during idle times.
• All other duties as assigned.
