Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors, providing a warm and professional first impression.
• Conduct guided tours of the facility, highlighting key features, programs, and events.
• Answer questions regarding admissions procedures, programs, schedules, and policies.
• Assist with the coordination and execution of admissions events, open houses, and special tours.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all admissions materials, promotional content, and institutional updates.
• Manage visitor check-in and registration processes, ensuring safety and security compliance.
• Collaborate with admissions and administrative staff to report visitor feedback and suggest improvements.
