• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors and guests.
• Conduct facility tours highlighting programs and events.
• Answer admissions questions accurately and courteously.
• Assist with admissions events and open houses.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of admissions materials and updates.
• Manage visitor check-in and registration with safety protocols.
• Collaborate with staff to report feedback and improvements.
