Crystal Mountain, part of Alterra Mountain Company, is seeking a Part Time Guest Service/Ticketing Agent to deliver outstanding guest experiences in a mountain resort setting. Responsibilities include assisting guests, processing sales, and addressing inquiries both indoors and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate basic math skills for complex sales transactions.
• Utilize POS software and Microsoft Office tools effectively.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
• Be open to mentoring and knowledge sharing within the team.
