Cinemark USA, Inc. is hiring Theatre Team Members to provide friendly guest service and support all theatre operations. You’ll greet guests, operate the POS, verify tickets, share movie info, and help keep the theatre clean and safe.

Roles may include usher, box office, or concession tasks depending on staffing needs. Applicants should be 16+, prepared for flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays, and able to communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Requires strong guest service and communication abilities.
• Ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium.
• Keeps theatre property clean and safe; performs opening/closing duties.
• Responds to guest questions with accurate information and courtesy.
