Kiawah Island Golf Resort is seeking a Telephone Operator to welcome guests and handle incoming calls with a friendly, professional demeanor. You will direct calls, manage wake-up requests, and coordinate guest services while upholding resort standards.

On-site role requiring strong English communication, teamwork, and the ability to pass a background check. Benefits include comprehensive coverage and employee programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Positive and energetic attitude.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and direct to appropriate staff.
• Take and execute wake-up calls.
• Receive guest laundry and dispatch for delivery.
• Resolve guest challenges.
• Enter guest and employees’ requests into the computer system.
• Uphold the core values and policies and procedures of the resort.
• All other duties, as assigned.
