Job summary

Auntie Anne’s is hiring team members to greet guests, bake and serve pretzels, and operate registers on a fast-paced team. You’ll help keep the store clean, stocked, and organized while delivering great guest experiences.

No prior experience required; 18+ years old; flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Training provided; uniforms supplied; growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of food service or retail experience preferred, but not required
• Must be 18 years or older
• Flexible availability (weeknights, weekends, and holidays)
• Able to stand, bend, lift, and stay active throughout your shift
• Comfortable working in warm and cold environments (ovens, prep areas, walk-ins)
• Basic math skills and comfort using POS systems
• Food handler certification (current or ability to obtain within 30 days)
• High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with friendly, upbeat service
• Prepare, bake, and serve Auntie Anne’s products to brand standards
• Operate registers and handle cash accurately
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized
• Work together with your team to deliver excellent guest experiences
