Job summary

Sarku Japan is seeking Crew Members in Raleigh, NC to deliver outstanding guest service while supporting restaurant operations across guest service, food preparation, and cooking. You will join a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on quality, cleanliness, teamwork, and Kaizen.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, preparing ingredients, cooking to Sarku Japan standards, maintaining food safety, keeping areas clean, restocking supplies, and assisting during busy

Qualifications

• Food service or customer service experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare fresh ingredients and maintain food preparation stations
• Cook menu items according to SarkuJapan recipes and standards
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times
• Keep kitchen and service areas clean and organized
• Restock inventory and supplies as needed
• Support team members during busy periods
• Deliver a high-quality guest experience with every interaction
• Follow all company procedures, policies, and operational standards
