Job summary

Noodles & Company in Sioux Falls is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the restaurant during your shift, delivering outstanding guest service and coaching a fast-moving team to shine and feel like family.

You’ll own opening, mid, and closing routines, ensure food quality and safety, manage inventory and supplies, maintain cleanliness across dining room, restrooms, kitchen and prep areas, and mentor teammates to grow.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent guest service skills and the ability to communicate efficiently to keep team informed.
• Customer service experience preferred, preferably in a restaurant environment.
• Previous management or leadership experience required.
• Ability to meet physical requirements including lifting up to 55 pounds.
• Other physical requirements may apply in a standard kitchen/restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant during shift, delivering outstanding guest service.
• Delegate tasks to your team to meet and exceed guest expectations.
• Ensure noodles and veggies are stocked and properly stored.
• Become a subject matter expert on all restaurant areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organize the dining room, restrooms, kitchen and prep areas.
• Own opening, mid or closing routines for the next shift.
• Ensure food meets company standards and is delicious.
