You’ll greet guests, take orders, prepare items, and help maintain a clean, welcoming dining room. Must be at least 16 and available for nights/weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome.
• Take guests’ food orders and handle cash and credit transactions.
• Follow Noodles & Company’s policies including cash handling and safety to ensure safety during each shift.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items.
• Serve food to guests in a courteous and timely manner.
• Prepare food items including prep, noodles, salads, soups, sandwiches.
• Check food quality and temperatures to ensure freshness and safety.
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures including knife handling and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
• Effectively handle guest concerns and complaints.
• Work as a team to prepare the restaurant for each shift.
• Position may include cook, cashier and/or server responsibilities.
• Must adhere to appearance standards
