Job summary

CiCi’s Pizza in Guntersville, Alabama is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to perform front- and back-of-house duties, follow uniform and service standards, and help ensure a clean, safe dining environment.

You will take guest orders, prepare food, and work as part of a team in a fast-paced setting. The role emphasizes friendly customer service, reliability, and the ability to stand and lift during shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to work a minimum of 3 days per week including weekends.

• Able to provide friendly customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned work position duties including preparing food, making quality products, taking guest orders, providing great guest service through positive and friendly interactions, and acting with a sense of urgency.
• Work as a team and assist each other by being on time for their shift, supporting other work positions during their shift as needed, and completing all closing duties, including cleaning and restocking, at the end of each work shift.
• Comply with the CiCi’s image and appearance standards and contribute to an atmosphere of teamwork, energy and fun!
• Protect the restaurant’s assets by maintaining a safe, clean and organized work area at all times and complying with all security standards.
