Job summary

CiCi's is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to help deliver high-quality products and excellent service to guests, following uniform and safety standards. You will assist in food preparation, take orders, and contribute to a clean, inviting dining environment.

You will work as part of a motivated team, show up on time for your shifts, and support other positions as needed, all while maintaining CiCi's image and a positive, energetic atmosphere for guests.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work a minimum of 3 days per week including weekends.
• Ability to continually stand, walk and lift throughout shift.
• Able to provide friendly customer service.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food and make quality products, take guest orders, and provide great guest service with positive interactions.
• Work as a team, be on time for shifts, support others, and complete closing duties including cleaning and restocking.
• Follow CiCi’s image and appearance standards and contribute to teamwork, energy and fun.
• Protect the restaurant’s assets by maintaining a safe, clean and organized work area and complying with security standards.
