Job summary

Dash In in Graham, NC is hiring a Guest Experience Team Member to deliver outstanding guest service in a fast-paced, 24/7 retail environment. This role supports a range of duties from cashiering to stocking, cleaning, and team collaboration for a seamless guest experience.

The position offers flexibility for full-time or part-time schedules with a pay rate of $15.00–$18.00 per hour, plus a $1/hour overnight premium. Training, benefits, and career growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED completed or able to finish company GED program.
• 1 year of retail customer service experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18+; able to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with a smile and handle transactions accurately.
• Restock shelves and keep displays organized.
• Maintain a clean store interior and exterior including restrooms and parking.
• Support cashiering and porter duties as needed.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver Outstanding Service: Assist guests with a smile, manage transactions accurately, and project a positive image of Dash In.
• Keep Things Stocked: Restock shelves and displays, ensuring products are organized and accessible.
• Maintain a Pristine Store: Sweep, mop, and clean both the interior and exterior, including restrooms, parking lots, and trash areas.
• Support the Team: Step in where needed, from cashiering to porter services, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Handle Cash with Care: Follow company policies for accurate cash handling and recording.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED (or the ability to complete our company-paid GED program)
• 1 year of retail customer service experience (preferred)
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening

Ideal Candidates Will Also Have

• Active ServSafe certification, or a similar qualification
• Tech-savviness, including familiarity with POS software
