Dash In is hiring a Guest Experience Assistant Manager in Graham, NC. This full-time role supports 24/7 retail operations, including days, nights, weekends, and overnights, with a focus on guest experience and team leadership.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years in operations or retail and at least 2 years of leadership, with a background check and drug screening completed. GED or higher is acceptable, with higher education preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations, customer service, food service, or retail.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Ability to work a varied full-time schedule including days, nights, weekends, and overnights.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening.

• Team Management: Assist in hiring, training, coaching, and developing a high-performing retail team.
• Inventory Management: Oversee product ordering to drive sales while minimizing loss and shrink.

• Communication: Ensure clear communication across all levels of the organization.

Status: Full-time 30-40 hours per week, benefits eligible

What we’re looking for

• High school diploma or GED -or- ability to complete employer-paid GED program; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in operations, customer service, food service, or retail.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Ability to work a varied full-time schedule including days, nights, weekends, and overnights.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening.
