Popeyes is seeking enthusiastic Team Members to join our Chicago team, delivering excellent guest service and helping prepare and serve our signature menu items. You will work at the heart of the restaurant, maintain cleanliness, and support teammates to create a positive dining experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and a positive attitude.
• Take guest orders accurately and operate the cash register.
• Prepare and cook Popeyes signature menu items according to brand standards.
• Ensure all food is fresh, properly presented, and delivered in a timely manner.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, including dining areas, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior.
• Stock supplies and keep workstations organized.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and managers to meet daily operational goals.
• Assist with deliveries, inventory, and other back-of-house tasks as needed.
• Lift and carry items (up to 60 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
