Job summary

Popeyes is hiring Team Members to deliver exceptional guest service, prepare delicious food, and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment in our Illinois restaurant. You’ll be part of a fast-paced team that values hard work, reliability, and a positive attitude.

Flexibility to work various shifts including nights and weekends is expected. Training is provided, and opportunities for growth exist within our team at Popeyes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but training will be provided.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver great guest service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and positive attitude.
• Take guest orders accurately and operate the cash register.
• Prepare and cook Popeyes signature menu items per brand standards.
• Ensure food is fresh, well-presented and served timely.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior.
• Stock supplies and keep workstations organized.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with team and managers to meet daily goals.
• Assist with deliveries, inventory, and back-of-house tasks.
