Job summary

Popeyes in Illinois is seeking enthusiastic Team Members to join our team and help deliver friendly guest service while preparing our signature menu items. You will be part of a fast-paced restaurant environment, working to ensure orders are accurate, meals are prepared to brand standards, and guests leave satisfied.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, maintaining cleanliness, stocking supplies, and following health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Customer service experience is a plus but training is provided.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and a positive attitude.
• Take guest orders accurately and operate the cash register.
• Prepare and cook Popeyes signature menu items according to brand standards.
• Ensure all food is fresh, properly presented, and delivered in a timely manner.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, including dining areas, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior.
• Stock supplies and keep workstations organized and clean.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and managers to meet daily operational goals.
• Assist with deliveries, inventory, and other back-of-house tasks as needed.
