Popeyes in Chicago is looking for enthusiastic, dependable Team Members to join our family. You will greet guests, take orders, prepare Popeyes signature items, and help maintain a clean, fast-paced dining room.

You’ll work as part of a lively team with training provided, opportunities to grow, and benefits including healthcare options and employee meals. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is appreciated.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or customer service is a plus, with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and a positive attitude, ensuring they feel welcome.
• Take guest orders accurately and operate the cash register efficiently.
• Prepare and cook Popeyes signature menu items according to brand standards.
• Ensure all food is fresh, properly presented, and delivered in a timely manner.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, including dining areas, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior.
• Stock supplies and keep workstations organized and clean.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and managers to meet daily operational goals.
• Assist with deliveries, inventory, and other back-of-house tasks as needed.
• Lift and carry items (up to 60 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
