As a Team Member, you’ll greet guests, take orders at the register, cook signature menu items to brand standards, and maintain cleanliness. We offer training, growth opportunities, and a welcoming, inclusive team culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Restaurant, retail or customer service experience is a plus, but training provided.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the team.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and a positive attitude.
• Take guest orders accurately and operate the cash register.
• Prepare and cook Popeyes signature menu items according to brand standards.
• Ensure all food is fresh, properly presented, and delivered in a timely manner.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, including dining areas, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior.
• Stock supplies and keep workstations organized and clean.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and managers to meet daily operational goals.
• Assist with deliveries, inventory, and other back-of-house tasks as needed.
• Lift and carry items (up to 30–50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
